Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Coaches Corner Consulting ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") at coachescorner.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Coaches Corner Consulting provides AI integration consulting, business automation services, and educational community memberships. The specific deliverables, timelines, and terms of any engagement are outlined in a separate service agreement provided at the commencement of each project.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Coaches Corner Consulting and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Custom systems and automations built for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the engagement for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. For community memberships (AI Academy), subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
For consulting engagements, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any disputes should be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Coaches Corner Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
